With a lifelong love for the water, John’s journey spans competitive swimming, lifeguarding, and spearfishing. As a certified PADI and SSI Scuba instructor, he ensures your safety while exploring the depths. From Catalina Express to sailing worldwide, John’s expertise and passion shine, especially in the Exuma Islands, his favorite sailing spot. Expect a charter filled with fresh fish and unforgettable experiences with this seasoned captain at the helm.
Chef Siobhan H
Meet Chef Siobhan Huntington, hailing from Stoke-on-Trent, England, with a love for both soccer and the culinary arts. After a stint with Royal Caribbean, she found love and a shared passion for yachting with John, her husband. Together for over six years, they’ve been running yacht charters, infusing each meal with a vibrant “Mexican flair” inspired by their home in Mexico.
Siobhan’s specialties? Think homemade roasted salsas, fish tacos, ceviche, and more. Breakfasts are a treat, with continental options or surprises of her choosing. Lunches feature light and healthy fare, while dinners are a fusion of Siobhan and John’s culinary heritage. From fresh lobster tail to homemade lasagna, each meal is a delight.
